The Port of Cairnryan is located on the northern edge of Loch Ryan in the south west of Scotland, and offers the shortest and fastest crossings from Great Britain to Ireland.
Following a major development of the port area both P & O Ferries and Stena Line, Cairnryan Ferry Port now offers excellent facilities & services to both passenger & freight customers.

Cairnryan is a small but interesting place which was once an important staging post for Ayr in the 1800's before becoming a military port in the 1940's. It later developed a major shipbreaking industry but is now better known for it's excellent Angling and surrounding walks.

Stranraer Harbour Railway Station is located approx 5 miles away from the ferry Port. Regular services from all parts of the UK via Troon.

The Stena Line Terminal offers passengers covered check-in facilities, as well as a spacious departure lounge, payphones, disabled toilets & baby changing facilities, & a Barista Coffee House & free Wi-Fi.

CAIRNRYAN P & O FERRIES FREIGHT & PASSENGER TERMINAL
The P & O Terminal has a short term car park with limited space and availability as well as a long stay car park. These are both free of charge but all vehicles are left at their owner's own risk.

STENA LOCH RYAN ( CAIRNRYAN ) PORT TERMINAL
The Stena Line Terminal has car parking for 300 spaces located directly in front where payment can be made by cash at the pay stations or by credit card at the travel centre.

2-4 hours £2.00 /
8-24 hours £5.00
then £5.00 per day thereafter.
Weekly Charges are pre-paid £25.00 & Pay on exit £30.00.
